Mum x
Words cannot express how devastated Ian, Jasmine and I are at the sudden end to your life. I am hoping and praying that the stroke was not painful, and that you were unaware of the time leading up to you passing. I am so glad that dad and I were with you until you took your last breath, you were not alone mum. We were only talking about Polton and where you were brought up a few weeks ago, and I'm glad I could show you the actual house you were born. I promise I will visit the house when we go up to Edinburgh in August. I'm going to miss you so much mum, you are one in a million and I love you with all my heart. Until I meet you at the other side of the rainbow, your daughter Fleur xx

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
